I’m still waiting on my order and there hasn’t been any real delivery update, which is frustrating. It feels like they were quick to take my money but not nearly as quick to actually get the product to me or keep me informed

My order from Scarlettchase did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. The box looked a bit squashed, and the item inside seemed like it had just been tossed in without much protection. I also didn’t really get clear communication about what to expect with the packaging or delivery details, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

For the price, I expected the presentation to feel a lot nicer. Opening it felt rushed and kind of cheap, like not much care went into it. The actual product was okay, but the unboxing experience definitely took away from it.

I picked this up sometime in May, or maybe early June, and it’s been okay overall. For the price, it’s not bad, but I thought it would feel a bit better or have a little more to it. It does the job, just didn’t quite impress me as much as I hoped.

I ordered from scarlettchase.com and the site was easyyy to get around. I found what I was looking for without having to click through a bunch of random pages, and checkout was simple too.

The only thing was that a couple pages loaded kinda slooow for me, which got a little annoying. But overall, it was still a good shopping experience and I’d probably use the site again.

I tried to return my order and, it turned into more of a headache than it should’ve been. The emails took a long time to come through, the instructions were kind of unclear, and I still had to follow up just to get the refund moving. Maybe it works out fine sometimes, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t take the chance again

I reached out to customer service sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and I never heard anything back. Not even a quick acknowledgment. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple answer.

I also noticed messy stitching, which made it feel poorly made overall. For the price, I expected better. I wouldn’t order from scarlettchase.com again.

Am I the only one who thought this dress ran smaller than the size chart? It’s really cute, but the fit was way tighter than I expected based on the measurements.

i wasn’t a fan of how scarlettchase.com looks. The design feels dated and a bit thrown together, with colors that don’t really work well together and some areas that are harder to read than they should be.

Using it on my phone was also kind of frustrating. I kept scrolling around trying to figure out where things were, and the whole layout just didn’t feel clean or easy to browse. The products might be fine, but the website itself gave me a bad first impression.
